Rental Conditions
Policies and agreement
All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours for Business Sedan rentals. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak hours or special events.
Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.
Payments can be made via major credit cards or corporate accounts. “Pay on Arrival” is also available for select clients. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and tolls.
A 15-minute grace period is offered for standard pickups. After that, additional waiting time charges may apply based on hourly rates.
The Business Sedan accommodates up to 3 pieces of standard luggage. For additional luggage, please consider upgrading to an SUV or arranging additional vehicles.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violation may result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Child seats are available upon request. Please specify the type (infant, toddler, booster) during booking.
In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, NYC Elite Car Service reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
