Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: No fee; full refund issued.
  • Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged.
  • Within 4 hours of pickup or no-show: 100% of the fare will be charged.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

Surcharges

Additional charges (waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, damages, cleaning) are non-refundable.
