2. Services Provided
NYC Elite Car Service offers professional chauffeured transportation, including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly service, events, and point-to-point rides. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue services without prior notice.notice.
3. Booking & Payment
- Reservations may be made online, by phone +1 (929) 732-3891, or email.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or valid card authorization.
- Hourly services require a 3-hour minimum for all vehicles.
- Rates are based on the selected vehicle type and do not include tolls, parking, gratuity, waiting time, or surcharges unless otherwise stated.
- By providing a credit or debit card, you authorize NYC Elite Car Service to charge the card for base fare, additional stops, waiting time, damages, cleaning fees, or any outstanding balances.
4. Rates & Additional Charges
Hourly Rates (3-hour minimum):
- Business Sedan: $79/hr
- First Class Sedan: $149/hr
- Luxury SUV: $99/hr
- Mini SUV: $89/hr
- Premium SUV: $129/hr
- Van: $199/hr
Add-Ons & Surcharges:
- Extra Stop: $25, and any stop exceeding it will have a cost as per waiting time
- Meet & Greet (Inside Airports: $30 (sedans/SUVs)
- Inside Airports for Stretch Limousines $50, Vans $80
- Child Seat (infant, toddler, booster): $30 each
Waiting Time:
- 15 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport pick up
- 30 minutes free for domestic airport pickups
- 60 minutes free for international airport pickups
Additional waiting time cost:
- Sedans/SUVs: $1.00 per minute
- Vans: $2.50 per minute
- Other vehicles: $150 per hour, no matter if it’s even for 10 minutes.
- Rates may vary during peak times, holidays, or high-demand events.
5. Booking Notice & Availability
- For guaranteed service, reservations should be made 24–48 hours in advance.
- Same-day requests may be accepted with 2–4 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- NYC Elite Car Service reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater class if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: Charged 50% of fare.
- No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of pickup: Charged 100% of fare.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Accurate contact details, pickup, and drop-off information must be provided.
- You are responsible for ensuring luggage fits the booked vehicle type. Oversized or excess luggage may require an upgrade at additional cost.
- NYC Elite Car Service is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items. Items left behind will be held for a limited time as a courtesy, but liability is not assumed.
8. Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- No hazardous materials, drugs, firearms, or illegal activities are permitted.
- Unaccompanied minors are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance.
- NYC Elite Car Service reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior.
- Passengers are financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused to the vehicle.
9. Driver Conduct
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to safety and courtesy. Any inappropriate passenger requests (e.g., unsafe driving, unlawful actions) will not be honored.
10. Gratuity
Unless otherwise stated, gratuity is not included in fares. Customers may add discretionary tips directly or request gratuity to be added to the final bill.
11. Liability & Insurance
NYC Elite Car Service maintains full insurance coverage for vehicles and drivers.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airline delays, or other events outside our control.
While we make every effort to arrive on time, arrival times are not guaranteed.
12. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for breaches beyond our control.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NYC Elite Car Service, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
